A soldier places flags on the graves of Lieutenant-Colonel Morris H Liebman and 38 enlisted men of 105th, 107th, 108th Infantry, and 104th and 105th Machine Gun Battalions, all 27th (New York) Division. Field Marshal Haig, Lieutenant-Colonel Robert Bacon (ex-US Ambassador to France), Colonels Hazeltine and Fletcher ADCs, inspect the Saint Quentin Canal tunnel entrance at Bellicourt 15th October. A 30th Division first aid station at Lahaie Menneresse, Le Cateau road, 17th October. 3rd Battalion, 120th Engineers and Machine Gun Company, 105th Infantry, 27th Division, preparing to advance near Révière on 17th October. (Reel 3) 30th Division Engineers pass through Moslins, 18th October. Australian gunners enter Ribeauville on 19th October shortly after 30th Division took it. Lieutenant-General Sir David Henderson inspects the two divisions, awarding the DSO to Lieutenant-Colonel Hallahan of 27th Division and the "Medal of Bravery" to Sergeant Robert McCay (note the 30th Division 'football' sign on helmets and shoulder-flashes).
